At Real & Fit, we care about your satisfaction. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email Info@realandfit.com with the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Photos (if damaged or incorrect items)

We’ll review your request and provide the return address and instructions.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items that don’t meet return conditions may not qualify for a refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
​
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
​
We replace defective or damaged products only. To request an exchange, contact Info@realandfit.com.
6. Order Cancellations
​
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet shipped. After shipping, the standard return policy applies.
